A local church in Lugazi town in Uganda was the venue of a free cinema on Sunday morning when a pastor was bursted having a warm session with the maid just before attending a church service.
The shocking incident took place inside the servant’s quarters located within the church compound.
According to eyewitnesses, congregants who had arrived early were thrown into confusion after loud voices were heard from the maid’s room.
Curious members of the church followed the sound only to find their pastor in a compromising situation. Some stood in disbelief while others pulled out their phones to record. By the time order was restored, the scene had already caused tension among the faithful.
The pastor, who has served the church for over a decade, was immediately confronted by elders who demanded an explanation.
Attempts to calm down the angry congregation failed as more details emerged that the affair with the maid had been ongoing for months. Members expressed disappointment, saying the scandal had brought shame not only to the church but also to Christianity as a whole.
